RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
We will gladly accept returns or exchanges within 15 DAYS of the purchase date. Shipping and handling fees are not refundable. Custom and personalized items may not be returned or exchanged. If you are not completely satisfied with an item and would like to return or exchange it, please mail the item with the original packaging to Bugs and Bows Boutique, 4880 Sage Meadows Circle, Hickory NC 28601.
Include your name, address, phone number, receipt and a note indicating what you would like to receive as an exchange. Also, please include your credit card number for any price difference and shipping charges. We are unable to accept returns of merchandise that has been worn, used, soiled or damaged. Merchandise must be returned with the original packaging and/or tags to insure a complete credit. SHIPPING
We ship your packages using USPS unless you specify a faster method. You can usually expect to receive your order within 7-10 business days. Please note that orders placed after 2:00 pm EST will not be shipped until the following business day. Additionally, orders placed on Saturday or Sunday will not be shipped out until Monday. Shipping fees are not refundable unless you receive a damaged item.
PRIORITY MAIL shipping is based on the dollar amount of your order, as follows:
$0.01 - $20.00 = $ 6.00
$20.01 - $50.00 = $ 7.50
$50.01 - $100.00 = $ 9.50
$100.01- $200.00 = $12.50
$200.01 and over = $15.50
These rates are for shipping within the 48 contiguous states of the U.S. Shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, and Canada will vary depending on the location to be shipped and items ordered. Please contact us for more information by using the Contact link.
